I'VE DONE IT ALL
AND I STILL HAD TO START OVER
THE BEGINNING
I’m Bertie, Certified Nutritionist, hormonal health disruptor,
and lifelong Monday restarter.
For years, I helped women feel good in their bodies.
From red carpet prep to the chaos of daily life.
I had the wellness playbook nailed.
But when menopause hit, my old toolkit failed me.
I gave up alcohol to ease the symptoms… and still gained weight.
I trained for a triathlon… and lost the muscle I’d spent two years building.
The cardio. The clean eating. The tracking.
None of it worked anymore. The weight kept piling on.
I felt stuck and sad. And, if I’m honest, quietly furious.Â
I could see where this was going and it wasn’t good.

MY GLP-1 STORY
After a year of reading studies, listening to podcasts, and scrolling Tik Tok at midnight…
I started microdosing Mounjaro.
Not to shrink myself.
Not because I was “giving up.”
But to stop the slow slide into poor health, and take back control.
To change the game and break the cycle for good.
THEN CAME THE JUDGEMENT
“You’re not obese enough.”
“You’re a nutritionist, you should know better!”
“Just eat less and move more.”
“You’re cheating.”
If choosing me and my health is cheating, then I’m ok with it!
Hashtag - Cheater & Proud.
And you should be too.
Whatever your reason for starting GLP-1s, you don’t owe anyone an explanation.
Prioritising your health is not something to hide, it’s something to celebrate.
At No More Mondays, we do that every Sunday.

BUILDING WHAT WAS MISSING.
As I walked this journey and watched at the sidelines of everyone else’s, I kept thinking:
Where is the support for the millions of women like us?
- The sulphur burps.
- The hair loss.
- The crash in energy.
- The identity whiplash of waking up in a body you don’t recognise.
So I started building the system I couldn’t find and that pharma forgot.
INTRODUCING METAMORPHYSIS
The supplement system none of us could find for this new journey – until now.

GLOW
For the skin, hair, and radiance no one talks about when your body changes too fast.
WHY I CREATED NO MORE MONDAYS.Â
Because after decades on the weight-loss merry-go-round,Â
from fads to fasting to shame-filled restarts,
I finally saw the truth:
We’ve been chasing fixes instead of finding ourselves.
I built No More Mondays:
It’s a place to break the cycle.
To feel seen, supported, and strong even when you're scared.
To learn how to live again on meds, after meds, and hopefully without them.
This is a rebellion against the brands that profited from our struggle.
This is a community that lifts the shame and replaces it with sisterhood.
And while I’d love for you to stay with us forever…
my real hope is that we set you free.
See you in the chat room or in the Cocoon Club.
Much love
